This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from dot-com-product.myshopify.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

•Cart Abandonment Messages – once information is captured for a specific item, if you do not purchase that item within 24 hours we will send a reminder text letting you know it’s still available at our store with a direct hyperlink (SMS messages are sent within 48 hours of non-purchase with only 1 reminder)
•To analyze preferences, trends and statistics.

How we Determine An Abandon Cart:
Currently we use an Opt-in form 2 step. When the consumer enters in their information in the first step of the form they are ‘tagged’ in our system as a lead. We then wait a period of time (I.e. 20 minutes) to see if they purchase through our website. We track purchases by tags as well. When a consumer purchases a product they are tagged as purchased. Our system waits 20 mins to see if a purchase tag is added to the consumer – if not – we add the consumer to abandon cart sequence.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.


Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers , email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
